Fill + Cinch™ is a product of Totally Refreshed Cleaning LLC. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, logos, graphics, icons and images, are the sole property of the Fill + Cinch™  brand and Totally Refreshed Cleaning LLC. 

Please review all orders carefully prior to submission. Verify the correct item, price, quantity and address information appears on the final order review screen before placing your order.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are available at the time of shipping will be shipped. Unless you inform us otherwise.

RETURN + REFUND 

This product is non-returnable due to health protection and hygienic reasons. This policy is to ensure the quality & integrity of our products as well as the safety of our customers.
 

If you notice your product to be defective or damaged please contact us at fillandcinch@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY!" Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. The damaged item must be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange. When returning please use a track able shipping method, as we aren't responsible for missing incoming deliveries. Attach a photo and receipt.

Please be sure to read the item description thoroughly as all items come just as described and pictured. If you have any questions about a product you are more than welcome to send a message via our contact page prior to ordering.  

- All merchandise including items marked "Final Sale or Closeout" are non refundable. 

- We reserve the right to refuse any return.

- Shipping fees are non refundable.  

SHIPPING POLICY

Fill + Cinch™ ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.  Products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address and can receive packages via USPS. There is a 1-3 business day process time for all orders. While we strive to ship an order within 3 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that your shipment will take 5–7 working days. 

Fill + Cinch™ is not responsible for delays due to any weather condition. During the holiday season, order processing and shipping times may be delayed due to volume.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for Pre-orders to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 7-21 business days to arrive in your country depending upon final destination. In some instances, delivery may be delayed due to your country's customs policies. We do not have any means to calculate the duration of this process nor are we able to contact customs agents to verify status. 

Fill + Cinch™ is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges that may be incurred. The customer is responsible for all related charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

Fill + Cinch™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for the address entered on an order. Upon request, the Fill + Cinch™ team will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to initiate an investigation.
